As a qualified as a Sexual Minorities Specialist, I provide consultation to clinicians (therapists and case managers) who work with gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and questioning clients in mental health settings.

Because each client/clinician dyad is unique, every consultation is individualized. I take into account client age, identity/orientation and psychosocial background, as well as challenges and concerns faced by the clinician.

I do the write-up for the consultation. This affords additional support to busy clinicians, who are doing challenging work and facing increasing work loads. Every consult includes a written summary for chart documentation and an e-mailed list of links to helpful resources online.
